Christa, @GirlOxygen joins me and talks about Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension lung disease. Christa ended up getting this disease from taking prescribed diet pills back in the 90's but was not diagnosed until 2010. I found out a lot of cool things about Christa and one of them is that she likes to paint! Next time she comes on the show I really wanna get more info on that! Today I went back to the gym for the first time in several months. I am very excited because I have the best nutritionist, my wife, and the best personal trainer, my homie George A.K.A. @PastorToone

I got in and out of the gym in less than an hour and got the job done like Mike Dolce says. I hope I could encourage some people into getting healthy. No need to wait for diabetes or other fat diseases to kick in. Let's do this bitch!

I am tired of being fat but most importantly of being unhealthy. I am really good at staying focus and achieving goals of things that I have a passion for. I need to manipulate my brain for the good and become passionate about eating healthy and exercising. I have been on a roller coaster ride of losing and gaining weight around the 230's & 240's. I began the my previous journey at 280 lbs. In one year I lost 50 lbs but I hit a plateau. This is a new journey to reach my original goal of 215 lbs and after that continue to 200 lbs.
